A full-service event management company, we deliver end-to-end event production. Working alongside our clients and suppliers, we create unique and innovative concepts which reflect the brand and the true sense of the event.
Our team is made up of event, marketing and creative professionals who nurture innovative thinking and constantly work to keep on top of new and exciting market trends. Clients can choose from a suite of creative services including graphic design, or alternatively, we can work closely with the client’s preferred supplier to achieve the desired outcome.

Rebecca has experience in the fields of marketing, online strategy, event management and business development in Australia and internationally. She is an original founder of Event & Conference Co. and has been personally involved in the creation, development, and project management of over 500 events and has developed strong industry contacts. She also taught Event Management for the Fitzwilliam Institute and been involved in a number of NFP boards.

Tertiary qualified with extensive event management experience, Justine has proven success in all areas of event management for a variety of events including conferences, exhibitions and gala balls. Justine has experience in the fields of event planning, logistics, publicity and communication. In her previous role, Justine worked for an event management company specialising in event activations, cocktail events, networking functions and publicity. Over the years, Justine has effectively built relationships with suppliers and developed strong rapport with past and current clients.

She is recognised as a creative thinker and problem solver, known for her strong relationships with Perth industry stakeholders. Shireen consistently delivers event experiences that exceed clients’ expectations, leveraging her extensive network and innovative approach to ensure successful outcomes.

Tertiary qualified, Indah has over 5 years event management, venue management and logistics experience. She has been responsible for planning, implementing and executing major conferences and events, liaising and negotiating with external suppliers and speakers, developing marketing and communications as well as overseeing the event software including registration sites, websites, apps and more.

With experience organising and delivering events across various settings, including within the disability sector, she has developed a practical understanding of event planning, stakeholder engagement and seamless event execution. Approachable and organised, Phoebe thrives on building meaningful professional relationships and enjoys creating networking opportunities that connect people and ideas.

Our Sustainability Commitment
At Event & Conference Co., sustainability is embedded in how we plan and deliver events.
We minimise waste by prioritising digital programs and materials, reducing printed signage in favour of energy-efficient digital displays, and selecting recycled or environmentally responsible options where printing is required.
We work closely with venues to support effective waste management and composting, and partner with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainable practices.
