Rebecca Cole: Director, Events and Marketing Specialist
Key Experience: Rebecca has experience in the fields of Marketing, Online Strategy, Event Management and Business Development in Australia and internationally. She is an original Founder of Event & Conference Co. as well as OM Strategies an online strategic development consultancy.
She has taught Event Management at the Fitzwilliam Institute for a number of years. Rebecca has been personally involved in the creation, development and management of over 480 events and has developed strong industry contacts.
Other Qualifications / Achievements: Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Winner of 2006 Onrec Offline Marketing Award, Finalist in the 2010 Belmont Business Awards.
Tracy Marescia: Senior Event Manager
Key Experience: Tracy is a highly knowledgeable event management professional with extensive experience in managing a variety of events including conferences, exhibitions and gala events. She is highly organised and has excellent attention to detail.
Other Qualifications / Achievements: Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Tourism & Event Management & Public Relations. Has overseen countless successful events ranging from 10 pax through to 3500 pax.
Mimi Sheppard: Events and Production Manager
Key Experience: Mimi has worked in the industry for over 10 years across Sydney and Perth, she has built a career as a creative event producer focusing on clientele relationships and outcomes. She has worked across an array of industries from fashion, sport, luxury brand, corporate and private events.
Mimi’s passions lie within event production and management and she loves the creative and organisational outlets that the industry offers her.

Claire McLeod: Graphic Designer
Key Experience: Claire has a knack for developing stand-out corporate design solutions. With more than eleven years in the graphic design industry, Claire has developed and managed corporate identities, reports, magazines, exhibition graphics, event collateral and advertising for clients in the government, oil and gas, property, tourism and not-for-profit industries.
Other Qualifications / Achievements: Bachelor of Graphic Design. Specialised in Graphic Design, Copywriting and Event Marketing Collateral.
Debbie Sutton: Finance Manager
Key Experience: Debbie Sutton is a highly experienced bookkeeper and office management professional. Her scope of work covers accounts payable and receivable, payroll, superannuation, bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, budgets, statistics, monitoring of leases/loans and BAS and IAS preparation and lodgements.
