About the event: A two day conference attracting over 400 delegates from around Australia. The program included one day of site tours, industry speakers, concurrent sessions,  a trade exhibition, as well as an evening cocktail welcome reception.

Our team manage all aspects of this event including graphic design, supplier management, AV Management, event and tour logistics, online registration, website, onsite, speaker management, accommodation management, styling, budget management and more. The client utilised our event technology including live polling, live Q&A, session survey feedback and more, all through the conference event app.

Our team worked on this Conference in 2018, 2019, 2020 (virtual) and 2021. We have consistently received fantastic feedback from both delegates and the client.

Pharmacy WA Forum

Venue: Crown Grand ballroom, Perth

About the event: A two day conference attracting over 350 pharmacists from around the state. The program included a selection of high profile keynotes including Premier Mark McGowan and Craig Challen as well as a number of more intimate concurrent streams. The cocktail event was ‘french holiday’ inspired with a crepe station, french styling and cocktails to suit.

Our team manage all aspects of this event including graphic design, supplier management, AV Management, event and tour logistics, online registration, website, onsite, speaker management, accommodation management, styling, budget management and more. The client utilised our event technology including gamification, live polling, live Q&A, session survey feedback and more, all through the conference event app.

EO IGNITE 

About the event: A three day conference for 200 entrepreneurs from around Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. The program included social activities each night with a welcome reception, dine-around and two conference dinners.

WorkCover WA Conference

Venue: Pan Pacific Perth

About the event: This two day WorkCover WA Conference hosted close to 400 attendees, over 20 guest speakers, 21 exhibitors and concurrent sessions.

Our team managed all aspects of this event including graphic design, marketing, online registration, onsite, speaker management and more. The client utilised our event technology including the event app.

Attendees were able to view the agenda, speaker information, a list of attendees and more.

Our team worked on this Conference in 2017 and 2019 and received fantastic feedback from both delegates and the client.

WIMWA SUMMIT 

Venue: Crown Towers

About the event: A one day summit with over 800 delegates in attendance. The event had a variety of guest speakers including Jamila Rivzi, Leigh Sales and Annabel Crabb.

Guests also enjoyed a Sundowner event the terrace at the conclusion of the summit.

Our team liaised with the venue, audio visual suppliers and other suppliers and managed all onsite activities including registration. Our team worked on this event in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Swan Network Conference

Venue: Crown Perth

About the event: This one day conference included a plenary with 6 concurrent streams and over 400 guests.

Our team managed all aspects of this event including online registration, onsite, speaker management and more. We have also worked on another Network conference recently which included 8 concurrent sessions, over three time periods plus a plenary (total of 27 sessions in one day).

Venue: Edith Cowan University, Mindarie Marina

About the event: Event & Conference Co. worked with the committee to produce a 3 day conference with welcome and gala dinner for over 300 guests. The event opened with a smoking ceremony, pictured is MC Verity James. This event attracted attendees from around WA.

INPEX HSE CEO Forum

Venues: Crown, Frasers

About the event: INPEX annual HSE CEO forum with their subcontractors. We have worked with INPEX over a number of years and run multiple HSE CEO Forums.

We have worked with INPEX to streamline registration via our online registration software, as well as include an event app to increase attendee engagement.

Venue: Run Simultaneously between ibis Port Hedland and Pan Pacific Hotel Perth (via Livestream)

About the event: An innovative event which links two key destinations in one conference. Speakers can choose between two locations and guests will be able to view via the big screen.

Event & Conference Co. assisted with the creation of an event design/brand, complete event management, supplier, speaker and AV Management.

About the event: 400 teachers, principals and educational assistants came together for a professional learning conference which included a plenary session followed by 3 workshop session times (with seven breakout options) a sit down lunch and exhibition.

No Pain No Gain, Australian Property Institute State Conference

Venue: State Theatre

About the event: Speakers throughout the day included Stephen Koukoulas, Stephen Wood and Natalie Jones. Following a brief break for afternoon tea, Ross Holt, and Alannah MacTiernan concluded the sessions before Tony Gorman returned to close the conference.  During the sessions, guests were invited to ask questions, which encouraged discussion, while case studies provided valuable insight into current projects around WA.

Overall the conference proved very insightful in regards to different perspectives on WA within the context of the world economy, a look at leadership, funding and the future of the industry.

Following the conference, guests and speakers enjoyed a cocktail function and an opportunity to socialise and reflect on the day.
