About the event: This one day conference included a plenary with 6 concurrent streams and over 400 guests.
Our team managed all aspects of this event including online registration, onsite, speaker management and more. We have also worked on another Network conference recently which included 8 concurrent sessions, over three time periods plus a plenary (total of 27 sessions in one day).

National Disability Coordination Officer Program: Annual Forum
Venue: Esplanade by Rydges Fremantle, Forum and Dinner on Day 1 and Forum on Day 2, Admiralty Gulf
About the event: The National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) Program Annual Forum was a two-day conference including a dinner held on day one. There were approximately 40 guests in attendance from Australia’s States and Territories. The event was held on Monday 1 December and Tuesday 2 December, 2014.
The event was emceed by 720 ABC’s James Lush who also spoke to attendees about communicating in a new digital media world and gave feedback and advice on media and communication issues. Networking WA (now Event & Conference Co.) also hosted a networking activity at the conference.

INPEX HSE CEO Forum
Venue: Crown Perth, Cocktail on Day 1, The Studio. Conference and Dinner on Day 2, Astral Ballrooms.
About the event: INPEX annual HSE forum with their subcontractors. Included a Cocktail event on day one followed by a conference and conference dinner on day two. Approx 150 guests in attendance.

Venue: Run Simultaneously between ibis Port Hedland and Pan Pacific Hotel Perth (via Livestream)
About the event: An innovative event which links two key destinations in one conference. Speakers can choose between two locations and guests will be able to view via the big screen.
Networking WA (now Event & Conference Co.) assisted with the creation of an event design/brand, complete event management, supplier, speaker and AV Management.

About the event: 400 teachers, principals and educational assistants came together for a professional learning conference which included a plenary session followed by 3 workshop session times (with seven breakout options) a sit down lunch and exhibition.

No Pain No Gain, Australian Property Institute State Conference
Venue: State Theatre
About the event: Speakers throughout the day included Stephen Koukoulas, Stephen Wood and Natalie Jones. Following a brief break for afternoon tea, Ross Holt, and Alannah MacTiernan concluded the sessions before Tony Gorman returned to close the conference. During the sessions, guests were invited to ask questions, which encouraged discussion, while case studies provided valuable insight into current projects around WA.
Overall the conference proved very insightful in regards to different perspectives on WA within the context of the world economy, a look at leadership, funding and the future of the industry.
Following the conference, guests and speakers enjoyed a cocktail function and an opportunity to socialise and reflect on the day.
